However, ordering stamps from the catalogue online is not
yet possible because the huge range of stock (nearly 50 pages
on this site!) means that the online database would be slow and
complicated to use.
We are therefore working on a solution which should hopefully
give you the best service and be the easiest to use.

THE FOUR WAYS TO ORDER:

1. Email the order to us in the usual way or as an attachment. Please make
sure you include your name and address and all the instructions we need
to supply your stamps exactly as you want them - plus your payment details.

2. You can do all this by post just as effectively - making sure that you send
and include full instructions and delivery and payment details.

3. Fax your order to us any time at local rate on 0845 6441 355

4. Telephone 0845 6441 355 (local rate) between 10.00am and 4.00pm
Monday to Friday with your order written out and payment details to hand.
At busy times we may ask for your number so we can ring you back to
deal with your request fully.

Less than £10- add £1.50
£10 - £20- add £1.95
£20 - £30- add £2.25
Over £30- free

EMAIL - Here is a suggestion for ordering by email from the catalogue:

We suggest you open a text program like Notepad or Text Edit *(see Note below)

Resize the notepad window to something quite small, approx Post-IT note size or a
little larger, - like the example on the left. You can keep this on one side of the web
page as you are browsing.

When you see a stamp you want, just type the reference number straight onto your order.
In this way, you can look through the site in any way you want, without having to think
about where you were or where that stamp was. You've always got your order on view at the
side of your screen. (What's more, we're not going to waste your time with pop-up lists and
screens that seem never to come back...)

Don't forget to add:
whether you want mounted stamps or unmounted;
your name and address;
your payment method;

Then open your email program and create a NEW MESSAGE in the usual way;
address it to
mym@makeyourmark.biz;
please write something like "my stamp order" in the SUBJECT box;
ATTACH the order by choosing ATTACH FILE and selecting your order;
just click SEND MESSAGE and it's on the way

*NOTE - Don't use Word unless you have a very powerful computer, or an old
version of Word which doesn't make great demands on the computer's memory.
